THE IMPORTANCE OF VALENTINE'S DAY

 HAPPY LOVERS DAY


You are God's Precious Jewel.


You are God's Delight.


You are the Apple of God's Eye.


You are God's Most Prized Possession.


You are the Very Best of God's Creation.


I remember a story about SAINT VALENTINE; he was a Catholic Saint. A very good man, full of great Wisdom.


This man declared an International Day of showing Love to others.


In his words, people are meant to be Loved and Cared for. He stated the following;


1) The husband should show love to his wife and forgive her of whatever wrong she made had done. The wife should do same to her husband. Both, should make it a life-time Culture to sustain and grow the Fellowship they share in the bond of Love.


2) Divorced couples, should consider forgiveness as Christ Jesus forgave them. They can visit each other, talk over the issues that separated them and renew their Marital Vows.


3) Widows and Widowers should be remembered by the Church and the Public; Gifts and Money should be giving to them to support them as they take good care of theirs kids.


4) Those in Love, should spend time to plan and pray for the kind of Family they intend to Build. They are also to discuss their hurts and forgive each other, so God can bless their Future Union in the Bond of Love. They should try as much as possible to avoid sex, because it kills their sense of Responsibility.


5) Parents should Create Time for their kids, interact with them, know their pains, profound solution to their problems and teach them the Importance of Love and Forgiveness.



The above Practices are meant for VALENTINE'S DAY, which is FEBRUARY 14 of every Year. It is meant to Set a Foundation for a Blissful Future.


If we can Practice this Every Day of our Lives, the World will be a Better Place for us to Live and Enjoy all of God's Blessings.
